Our Recruitment Process
1 Application stage
Once you have submitted your application online it will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team and if your skills and experience align to the position you have applied for you, will progress through to the next stage.
2 Phone Screen
The phone screen stage allows us to find out more about your background, why you are interested in working for us, salary, expectations, current work rights for Australia or New Zealand and your availability to start. Most importantly the phone screen gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
4 Interview
You may be invited to an interview either online or face-to-face. Generally, our interview panels are made up of 2-3 people. During the interview we will ask a combination of questions to assess your suitability and alignment to our core values.
5 Assessment Centre
Some roles may require you to attend an assessment centre. Our assessment centre sessions generally run for three hours. You will have a variety of activities to participate in, ranging from group activity, workplace simulation and individual interviews.
6 Background Checks
You will be required to provide two employment referees, ideally someone you have reported to and a current police check. Depending on your role you are required to provide relevant registration and membership details.
7 Offer
Congratulations, you are on your way to joining IDX! We will contact you with the details of your offer and commence the onboarding process.
