Integral Diagnostics currently operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) which provides shareholders with a convenient method of reinvesting all or part of their dividends to obtain additional shares in the company, without having to pay the cost of brokerage.
Under the terms of the Merger Implementation Deed signed between IDX and Capitol Health Limited on 18 July 2024, both parties agreed to suspend their respective dividend reinvestment plans (DRPs) until the successful completion of the transaction.
Whilst IDX’s DRP is suspended, IDX shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP will instead receive any dividend declared in cash.
All IDX shareholders are required to nominate a valid bank account to receive their dividends. IDX shareholders are encouraged to provide or confirm their bank accounts details with the Company’s share registry, Computershare, by no later than 2 September 2024 online by visiting: www.investorcentre.com/au.
If a shareholder does not nominate a valid bank account, the shareholder’s cash dividends will be held as unissued credit until a valid bank account is nominated to Computershare.
When the Board determines to reinstate IDX’s DRP, the Company will provide notice of such reinstatement on this webpage and to the ASX.
More information can be found in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan Shareholder Information Booklet and Dividend Reinvestment Plan Rules.
