Today, Friday 20 December 2024, marks the completion of our transformational merger with Capitol Health.
This milestone heralds an exciting new chapter in our company’s history and is the result of months of hard work, collaboration, and planning.
“The integration of our two companies is a powerful step towards realising our shared vision for growth, innovation, and delivering even greater value to our patients, referrers and communities. By combining the best of both organisations, we are set to achieve remarkable new heights in diagnostic imaging,” said Integral Diagnostics CEO, Dr. Ian Kadish.
Capitol Health is now operating as part of Integral Diagnostics with the combined group boasting 155 clinics, supported by more than 350 radiologists and 3,000+ employees.
The strengths and capabilities of the combined group will be focused on delivering superior clinical outcomes for patients, doctors and referrers, and expanding access to advanced imaging technologies. Moving forward Integral Diagnostics will have increased capacity to invest in high-end imaging modalities, including MRI and PET/CT and have an improved ability to deploy advancements in technology and AI, and will leverage the company’s teleradiology capabilities ensuring quick report turnaround times.
Most importantly, for our patients this expanded group provides access to more clinics in more locations, whilst also providing access to broader clinical expertise across a wider network, and sub-specialty reporting to ensure the highest service quality.
This merger provides our doctors and staff with increased access to leading technologies and modalities, increased opportunities for workload-balancing and flexibility, and more opportunities for professional development including online learning and fellowship programs.
Integral Diagnostics is now the second largest diagnostic imaging provider in Australia. With our growing capacity in Australia and New Zealand, Integral Diagnostics is well-positioned to influence, drive and continue to improve quality healthcare delivery in both countries.
One Team. Focused on what unites us, better care together.
