Integral Diagnostics in ASX Top 300
Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is pleased to publish that the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) announced on Friday 12th June that Integral Diagnostics has been included in the ASX Top 300. This means that we are now ranked as one of the Top 300 listed companies in Australia!
Inclusion in the ASX 300 will help IDX grow and invest in the services and equipment needed to continue to provide our patients with diagnostics excellence. IDX is also pleased to announce the acquisition of Ascot Radiology, a premium radiology business based in Auckland, New Zealand. This acquisition will complement our existing NZ businesses – Trinity MRI and Specialist Radiology Group (SRG) – and will give us a powerful presence in the Auckland market. The acquisition is expected to be completed in September 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary conditions.
